Estados Unidos, 29 de mayo 2020. El presidente Donald Trump llamó el viernes a los manifestantes en Minneapolis “matones” y dijo que “cuando comienza el saqueo, comienza el tiroteo”.
Los mensajes del mandatario se volvieron más agresivo a medida que la violencia estalló en Minneapolis el jueves por la noche: “Estos matones están deshonrando la memoria de George Floyd, y no dejaré que eso suceda”.
“Solo hablé con el gobernador Tim Walz y le dije que el ejército está con él todo el tiempo. Cualquier dificultad y asumiremos el control pero, cuando comience el saqueo, comenzará el tiroteo. ¡Gracias!”, aseguró el presidente.
